Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® version 23.70.3 Driver update not happening

I tried many times to update version 23.70.0.2 but it's not happening can you help . I attached my SSU file.

I'm having the same issue.

i saw something in this link about having to disconnect all bluetooth devices but not sure if it applies to my current driver 23.60.5.10

Anyway it doesn't work

para instalar de forma correcta sigue estos paso: 

1. administrador de equipo

2. intel (r) wireless bluetooth(r)

... propiedades.

3. controlador

- actualizar controlador. reiniciar equipo.

In the last step "update driver" windows simply comes back with the message that I have the best driver installed.

@DeathofX hi, there is a new driver available 23.80.0.3 so works all gooed for me.
