Intel Wireless Card. Yet can be any wireless card. I get the same reaction.
I reworked the BIOS of the Netbook Computer to use a better Wireless card
(less heat, less battery drain, and greater signal was 72 now 144 with Intel wireless card)
Button light indicator shows turned off and will not turn on - it does not turn on until I restart the Netbook
Can turn on or off anytime while using Windows 10.
With Windows 7 at startup - I must restart to have it turn on and working.
Therefore with Windows 10 its working at start up or any time and can turn off or on.
How did Windows 10 do this - therefore to use Windows 10 solves the problem.
I need to do the same thing with Windows 7 - How did Windows 10 do it?
