Has anyone manged to run the Intel Wireless Proset application in Windows 10?
I downloaded Wireless_18.12.0_t64.exe and Wireless_18.12.0_Dt64.exe
But neither gave me the application to control the wireless radio.
The main reason I need this is that when the laptop comes out of hibernation the Wifi radio is off and the only way to wake it up was to click on the Proset software and click "Reset Proset"
I was hoping upgrading to windows 10 Would fix this.

Tularis,
With Windows*10, the Intel® PROSet/Wireless Wi-Fi Connection Utility is no longer installed as the OS has it embedded. Here are some steps that might help you resolve this issue.
1 - In Contro Panel >> Power Options, choose or customize a power plan. Set it to Maximum Performance both plugged and on Battery.
2 - Set the Advanced Settings of your wireless adapter: Device manager >> Network Adapters >> Select the Wireless Adapter >> right click on it and select Properties.
3 - Check the value of Transmit Power and make sure it is set to 5. Highest.
