I used the Kaby lake platform with 2 INTEL WiFi cards (INTEL 9260 NGW and INTEL 8260NGW). When I used the INTEL 8260NGW, the WIFI and Bluetooth function are workable. But used the INTEL 9260 NGW,the WIFI was disable and can't be enabled. (BT is OK!)

Hello RLee4
Thank you for posting in the Intel Community.
• What is you hardware configuration? (Motherboard, RAM, processor, PCI card if available).
• Do these Intel® wireless adapters come pre installed with the system?
• Please attach to this thread the TXT file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
• Steps to save the report:
1- Run the utility.
2- Click on “Scan” to get the scanned system.
3- Once the scan is complete click on “next”.
4- Use the “save” option, save the report to your desktop.
5- To attach a file, you must click the “Attach” option on the bottom left-hand corner of the response box.
Hope this helps.

Hello RLee4
Thank you for the information.
Try completing a clean installation of the wireless driver on the system for both of the Intel® wireless adapters (see the steps bellow), try the drivers installation with the lasted driver form Intel download center https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/59485/Wireless-Networking (complete the search to both Intel® wireless adapters to find the drivers); also test the clean installation of the wireless driver using the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) drives.
If the behavior reported continues after the testing please contact the motherboard OEM to report the behavior.
