Hello,

Thanks for the reply, yet Intel® Killer Performance Driver Suite UWD no longer exists in appwiz.cpl, which is the reason I'm stuck and need assistance.

Supposedly, the app is already uninstalled; however, a newer version can't be installed due to "unable to uninstall the old version of the app".

My guesses are, an uninstall attempt failed at some point and left some unexpected traces in the system so that reinstalling also fails.

But, unable to find "Killer Performance Driver Suite UWD.msi" at "C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Temp\{B1CF7EEC-329D-4065-870C-D524657A6BFE}\" also appears to me more like a remote issue that some resources can't be downloaded from the server.

The attached file is the SSU report.

Best Regards

Hello Carecynthia,

I hope this email finds you well.

Thank you for your continued patience — I completely understand how disruptive connectivity issues can be, and I want to make sure we get this sorted out for you as quickly as possible.

As part of our ongoing troubleshooting, I'd like to ask you to try the following steps:

Step 1 – Check and Update Intel® Management Engine (ME) Drivers Please verify whether your Intel® Management Engine drivers are up to date. Outdated ME drivers can sometimes interfere with wireless functionality. You can download the latest version from your system manufacturer's (OEM) support page or directly from the Intel® Download Center.

Step 2 – Uninstall Intel® Killer™ Performance Suite (IKPS) Please uninstall the Intel® Killer™ Performance Suite from your system. You can do this by navigating to Settings → Apps (or Control Panel → Programs and Features) and removing Intel® Killer™ Performance Suite from the list.

Step 3 – Reinstall the OEM Wireless Driver Once IKPS is removed, please install the wireless driver available on your system manufacturer's support page, as OEM-optimized drivers are often best suited for your specific hardware configuration.

Step 4 – Try the Latest Generic Intel® Wireless Driver (if needed) If the issue persists after trying the OEM driver, please download and install the latest generic Intel® wireless driver from the Intel® Download Center: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351/intel-wireless-wi-fi-drivers-for-windows-10-…

Please implement and troubleshoot the recommended steps above, and get back to us with your outcomes so we can assist you accordingly.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or run into any difficulties along the way. We're here to help!
