Hi,
The above adapter came with my Dell Tower PC, specs below.
I am constantly getting DNS error messages (see attached), causing websites to not load and when they do, it often is with a delay. Resetting the adapter offers a temporary fix, but the issue re-emerges soon after. This on both Chrome and Edge, both are up-to-date, and I've tried all recommended fixes...
I believe the issue is with the adapter, but am a novice and unsure...I would appreciate any help and guidance, thanks.

Hello progman,

Usually, the DNS error is an issue with your Internet connection. However, I noticed you have mention you have tried all the recommended fixes. Will you let us know of the steps you have taken?

Is your Dell XPS 8960, the only experiencing the issue or are there other devices on the same network receiving this error? Please also download and run our Intel® System Support Utility located at this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html.

After running it, you will be given an option to save the logs to a .txt file, please do so and attach the file on your reply.
