Missing Driver

My T2u Plus won't work on my Dell Windows 10. It says there is no USB Controller driver. I have done all I can think of. My wireless mouse USB works in both ports, but the extender won't. Where did my dang driver go? I ran a diagnostic test on my laptop and came up with this failure,

Universal Serial Bus (USB) ControllerUSB ControllerFAILURE

Help?

Did you download the setup exe file and load in the driver from the setup exe file from TP-Link ? I have the same adapter and installed through the setup file and in works fine on another laptop. Wireless problem solved.

Archer T2U Plus has Realtek RTL8821AU chipset not Intel chipset, contact TP-Link or Realtek or Microsoft support or suggested above Dell support. I'd start with TP-Link support and their adapter forum since you installed their propriety driver and it does not work.

Here is the link to that forum where you can start a new thread that your TP-Link wifi adapter is not working with TP-Link driver.
