Module for ASRock z390

I am planning to buy ​ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard. The description says that it has 1 X M.2 Socket (Key E) which supports 2230 WiFi/BT module and Intel CNVi (Integrated WiFi/BT).

So my question is which module should I buy among 9260 or 9560 and do I need to buy anything else​ for this to work or is the module enough.
