Hello everyone

I have a laptop fro Huawei - MateBook 13 2020 i5 8GB+512GB (WRTB-WAH9L)

Everything was going fine, but from yesterday I have very strange thing: my laptop spontaneously goes to sleep mode even if i'm typing right at the same monent.

I've checked system for error and in eventvwr there only one event that precedes the sleepmode:

6062 - Lso was triggered (netwtw10).

Time between shutdowns varies from 20sec to an hour.

I've tried to reset Network, completely reinstalled Windows (factory reset), downloaded and installed fresh network drivers - no result

If someone knows what to do - please help...

SSU in the attachment.

Hi,

I came home from work and there the laptop stopped rebooting, then it also did not reboot anymore.
I've checked the system for error several times and the error still occurs, but it does not result in a reboot.

2. That day I changed power plans in many places according to other topics and it didn't help.

3. Sure. I have always up-to-date windows.

4. I deleted, updated, reinstalled - nothing hepled.

5. Sometimes, ehen i run, for example, RDP+excel+smth. But rebbot happened even when nothing run (and no overheating)

6. Not yet

Hello szolkin,

Based on the research performed, looks like you have performed all the troubleshooting steps from our side (checked drivers, BIOS, and Windows power settings). My recommendation is to check with the laptop manufacturer for any hardware problems with the device.
