Optimum Advanced Settings for 5GHz in Intel Dual Band Wireless-Ac 7265

I have ongoing issues with this Intel Dual Band Wireless-Ac 7265 card in the HP Envy Desktop for over 3 years. I stay on top of updates but it seems that everyone working on these update are not co-ordinating and pre-testing to see if individual updates are not conflicting with another. Seeking the Optimum Advanced Settings for a 5GHz network. I can't find a manual that explains the functionality of each of the elements as to how they relate, where conflicts can and do arise and a "Advanced Settings for Not Quite Dummies using 5GHz". I understand that its Windows 10 Platform and they may have internal designs which may conflict and Intel works and assists with the Windows Teams but COME ON. This is ridiculous. How about some real answers
