Radio Equipment Directive test report for Wi-Fi 6E AX210

Hi, looking specifically for the RED Test Reports, not DoC or EU-Type Examination Certificates for the Wi-Fi 6E AX210(ngw,d2w)
Certificate ID: 841606
Test Reports: 200611-04.TR11 to TR16, 220222-02.TR05
As Intel does not expose full test reports (e.g., RED radio TR11–TR16) directly in the RDC or Partner Alliance portals, nor answer customer service routed requests, I am trying here.

Thank you in advance.

Hello Charlie7,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

I understand you need the complete RED Test Reports (not DoC/certificates) for Wi-Fi 6E AX210, specifically TR11-TR16 under Certificate ID 841606.

Let me work with our internal teams to locate these documents and establish the proper access method. I'll provide an update as soon as it is available.

Best regards,

JeanetteC.

@JeanetteC_Intel Thank you very much indeed, your help is greatly appreciated. These reports were requested by the Notified Body currently certifying our own product.
Kind regards,

C

Heads up to others finding themselves in the same situation.

For clarity Intel's refusal to share the RED radio test reports for the AX210 module (referenced in EU-Type Examination Certificate 841606) is a company policy decision, not a regulatory restriction.

The test reports exist and were submitted to a Notified Body (ACB) as part of Intel’s RED compliance process. Under RED 2014/53/EU, manufacturers are expected to maintain and provide technical documentation supporting CE marking when requested by integrators or regulatory authorities.

However, Intel has chosen not to make these test reports available, even when:

* Requested by a Notified Body
* The integrator is using the module as intended
*The reports are needed to complete a CE technical file under Article 3.2

Instead, Intel refers integrators to third-party test labs (like DEKRA) at their own expense, even though Intel already holds the data.

This is not a legal or regulatory limitation it's a risk-avoidance strategy by Intel, prioritizing liability containment over downstream compliance obligations.

Sharing this so others understand the constraints and can plan around them.
