None are compatible. All upgrades require a chipset that supports CNVio2 and yours' only supports CNVio.

Is your system a desktop or a laptop? If it's a laptop, you are stuck with what you have. If, on the other hand, it is a desktop - and you have a free PCIe x1 connector available - you can upgrade to an AX200 (WiFi 6 and Wireless-AX) or an AX210 (WiFi 6e and Wireless-AX) using a PCIe M.2 WiFi card carrier card, such as this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MFGYAX6. I have done this successfully (both cases) in systems many generations old (ones with 4th gen. processors and Z87 chipsets, for example).

Hope this helps,
