Request Help to locate Intel Wireless LAN Driver Version:18.20.0.9_wCAT. Package

I have a Toshiba S75-B laptop. The wireless driver that Windows Update installed has caused the BSOD and many connectivity problems with my PC.

I would appreciate if anyone has the above wireless driver package to send it to me via email.

Thank you for posting in our Community. You mentioned that the wireless driver installed by Windows Update has caused BSOD and connectivity issues on your PC. If you received any error messages or codes, could you please share them with me? These can provide clues about the cause of the problem. 


You told me about your device's model but I would like to go one step further and confirm details such as OS build# and see if there are errors logged. The SSU can collect that info that can be helpful to me. Also, If you have done any other tests please let me know the details so we don't cover the same ground twice.

I no longer have BSOD errors. The cause was an improper driver that was installed with a Windows Update.

However, I do need the requested package above so I can install it and have the most up to date driver on my system.

 

In addition, my Bluetooth has disappeared in my Device Manager.
