Unable to update Bluetooth driver

Hi Intel_Support,

 

I am unable to update the Bluetooth driver using the standard Intel software.

The laptop scan is attached.

I understand that you are experiencing issues while updating your Bluetooth driver. After reviewing the Intel® System Support Utility (SSU) logs, I was unable to clearly identify the wireless adapter installed on the laptop.


To set the proper expectations, please note that the system you are reporting is an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) device. Our support may be limited because we are not fully familiar with the specific hardware configurations, customizations, and software implementations made by the OEM. Nevertheless, I will do my best to assist you with this issue.


For further investigation, please provide the following information:


1. What specific Intel software was used to attempt the update?


  • Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (IDSA), or
  • A manual installer downloaded from the Intel Download Center


2. Are you receiving any error message when trying to update the Bluetooth driver?


  • If yes, please share the exact error message.


3. Please provide a screenshot of Device Manager, specifically showing the Network adapters section expanded.


4. Which Bluetooth driver version are you trying to install?


5. Are you experiencing any Bluetooth-related issues that prompted the update?


These details will help me better understand the issue and identify the appropriate solution.
