If I were going to write an open-source driver for the Intel Wifi 9000 series, where would I find the hardware specs I need?

These links don't tell me how the Wifi cards work regarding things like I/O, IRQ's, and DMA. Where would I find that kind of information?

Before I create the account I have to ask, are solo developers allowed to get those documents after signing an NDA? Or must I be with a corporation?
