Hello MahmoudKamal
Thank you for the information.
Given all the test and troubleshooting perform on the behavior, a clean installation of the wireless driver different versions and a clean installation of the Operating System (OS) I would recommend contacting DELL™ the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for possible hardware issues.
Dell support:

Hello MahmoudKamal
Thank you for the information.
- Have you tried to roll back the wireless driver on the device manager? See the steps below.
 - Have you tried the OEM driver? See download link below.
 - If you are having problems to install a previous wireless driver I would recommend uninstalling the current driver on the system to complete the new installation.

- Roll back drivers steps:

- Right click on the Windows logo.
 - Select device manager.
 - Browse for the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160.
 - Right on the wireless adapter, select properties.
 - Go to the driver tab.
 - Select roll back driver.

- DELL™ download site:

If the behavior persists it could be related to a hardware problem, if this is the case I would recommend contacting the OEM for warranty options.
Hope this helps.
