We encountered an internet disconnection issue during use. The error message displayed was "no internet". We have already contacted Aruba to investigate the problem and after monitoring for two weeks, We have collect wlanreport of devices that had Wi-Fi disconnection issues. Upon checking the Aruba Wi-Fi system logs, it was discovered that De-Authentication frames were sent from the client side. Furthermore, from the WLAN logs collected from Windows on both devices, there were abnormal logs during the disconnection period, which were:
Capability change on {c1cfcb94-4684-4945-9815-3673a9851d19} (0x47008000000000 Family: V4 Capability: None ChangeReason: SuspectArpProbeFailed)
Despite updating the wireless and Bluetooth drivers to the latest versions, we were unable to resolve this problem. Does anyone have any suggestions about this?

Thank you for patiently waiting. By default, only two plugins are available, and here are some troubleshooting steps we can follow with these concerns:
- Kindly follow the steps provided by Microsoft. Windows 10 devices can't connect to an 802.1X environment - Microsoft Support
- If still the same issue after Step 1 is performed, then please consider using EAP-PEAP auth for the Windows 10 OS adapter AC 9560, AX201, and AX200.

Dear JohnM_Intel,
Based on all the previously provided information, if we proceed with step no.1 and the issue still randomly occur , can we conclude that the problem is related to the adapter models AC 9560, AX201, and AX200, rather than the Access Point's EAP-TLS operation?
Additionally, we would like to confirm whether there is any possibility that this issue is caused by the Wi-Fi system. We have thoroughly analyzed the debug logs from the Wi-Fi system but have not found any abnormalities.

I would like to verify if the EAP-TLS authentication in the Access Point (AP) and Cloud Authentication Server settings is functioning correctly for the Intel adapters AC 9560, AX201, and AX200 on Windows 11 64-bit OS. Could you test the supported authentication protocols, such as PAP, CHAP, TLS, MS-CHAP, and MS-CHAPv2, specifically for the AC 9560 adapter? Additionally, please confirm the support for 128-bit AES-CCMP and 256-bit AES-GCMP encryption.
If the AC 9560, AX201, and AX200 adapters do not experience issues with home Wi-Fi or phone hotspots, you might want to examine the authentication protocols and encryption settings from the new SSID network configuration with AP and Cloud Authentication Server support.

Sorry for the late reply. We have conducted an investigation and found that other client that not using the Intel adapters from the list do not have any issues using EAP-TLS. Additionally, the Intel adapters from the list can successfully use EAP-PEAP and MS-CHAP2 without any problems.
