Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. I understand that you are experiencing issues with your Wi-Fi connection. To assist you further, I would like to gather more details regarding the issue. Kindly provide answers to the following questions:
- Are you having issues with Wi-Fi only, or both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth?
- When did the issue start?
- Did this issue begin after a new OS update or a wireless driver update?
- Have you tried rolling back to a previous driver version for testing?
- What steps do you take to reproduce the issue?
- Were you able to have a wireless connection with normal/expected performance before?
- Have you installed any recent software or hardware in your system?
- Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?
- Is the issue happening at home, in an office environment, or both?
- Have you checked if the issue occurs on different networks?
- Are you able to reproduce the issue while on a hardwired connection?
- Have you rebooted your access point, router, or modem?
