While recognized in Windows 10, Windows Server 2019 is not recognizing
Intel dual band wireless-ac 8260.
The error is "A service installation section in this INF is invalid".
Is there any solution to get Wireless adapters working?

As detailed here: Supported Operating Systems for Intel Wireless Products, there is no support for Intel's Wireless adapters on any version of Windows Server.
I must ask: Why would you want to use Windows Server on a laptop? This almost makes no sense.
Sorry,

Hello Alex_11,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260.
As n_scott_pearson and based on the article "Supported Windows Operating Systems for Intel® Wireless Products", the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 is not compatible with Windows Servers operating systems.
However, If you want to try the windows server 2019, I recommend you to check with Asus and Microsoft for drivers and support on this matter.
Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.
Regards,
Deivid A.
