I changed my wifi card to the intel 8265NGW with Bluetooth in my laptop. I downloaded the latest bios update and drivers but still can't get the bios to recognize the Bluetooth. It lists the Bluetooth as none in the system information and windows 10 64bit can't pick it up. The laptop is a dell inspiron 3520.

There may be a compatibility problem.
Replacing your wireless card in your laptop should only be done by the OEM.

And, doing so yourself can lead to problems:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005846/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html Why Doesn't My Laptop Recognize My New Intel® Wireless Adapter?
And, while not using the same adapters as you, look at post # 1 here, where N.Scott.Pearson provides information as to why there are other problems:
/thread/122272 in an Asus x52c laptop can I replace an Atheros AR4285 wireless card with an Intel 6300 wireles card
You may want to contact the manufacturer of you laptop to determine wlan card compatibility and support.

I got this card directly from Dell as a replacement for the wifi card on the original order because bluetooth was not included. Something that was missed when the order was placed. I have been in contact with Dell support and so far everything they suggested has not worked so far. So I wanted to see if anyone in the intel community here has seen this issue.
thanks for responding so quickly

Update the bios on your dell machine, and test.
Report back with your findings.
If you cannot get it seen in the DELL BIOS, then either the card is bad, incorrectly installed, or not compatible. All are problems for DELL to resolve.
