We are using a Raspberry Pi 5 to perform Wi-Fi communication with a BE200 module.
The Wi-Fi connection itself works without any issues, but at a certain point, the iwlwifi Wi-Fi driver restarts.
I’ve attached the log output from when this occurred.
Could you determine what might be happening based on this log?
Raspberry Pi OS Linux version: 6.12.57-v8-16k+
iwlwifi firmware version: Core92? : 92.67ce4588.0 gl-c0-fm-c0-92.ucode
System error log : SystemErrorLog.txt

Hi YNishikawa,
Thank you for contacting Intel regarding the iwlwifi driver restart issue you're experiencing with the BE200 module on your Raspberry Pi 5. I understand how concerning it can be when the Wi-Fi driver restarts unexpectedly, even though the connection itself is working properly.
To better assist you with this analysis, could you please provide additional system specifications such as your complete hardware configuration, memory details, and any other relevant system information? If you're not comfortable sharing this information publicly in the forum, you can send it via private email.
Additionally, have you contacted Raspberry Pi support regarding this issue? Since this involves the BE200 module operating on a Raspberry Pi 5 platform, they may have specific insights about hardware compatibility or known issues with this particular configuration.
Best regards,
Dean R.

Hi, Dean R.,
The hardware configuration is as follows:
- Host: Raspberry Pi 5
- DRAM: 8MB
- PCIe: Mcuzone MPW7: PCIe to M.2 E-key WiFi7 HAT for Raspberry Pi 5
- eMMC: 32GB
Since this setup uses existing hardware, the information available is limited to the above.
We are also in contact with Raspberry Pi support.
We are checking if there is any additional information, but we have not received a satisfactory response yet.
Thank you.
