same cpu use different net card,build-in Intel GPU bandwidth depreciation

Hello every one, I have 3 different laptop, they are both have intel Ethernet card, one laptop use PCIE socket Ethernet card(AX200),the other use M.2 CNVID2 socket Ethernet card(AX201/AX101).

 

If I Plug the  M.2 CNVID2 socket Ethernet card in these CNVID2 socket laptops,  The build-in Intel GPU's name will convert to UHD graphics(graphic card bandwidth down), When I take it out,the build-in Intel GPU's name will convert to Xe Graphics(graphic card bandwidth up).But the PCIE socket laptop's build-in Intel GPU's name is not influced by it's Ethernet card.

I dont know why,would you mind explian to me?

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:  


1. What is the operating system installed as well as the version and build?

2. What is the brand and model name of your laptop?

3. What is the BIOS version?

4. Have you checked this issue with the laptop manufacturer?
