Hello Chaeril,
We understand you have recently installed Windows® 10 and are experiencing stop errors (BSOD).
In order to better assist you, aside from the dump files already shared, we would like the following:
1. Did you perform a clean installation of the operating system, or an upgrade from a previous version?
2. When does the BSOD occur? For example: at boot, while browsing the internet, while using a certain application, random.
3. Please download and run the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility Intel® System Support Utility. This will scan your hardware configuration and settings, and allow you to save the results in a report.
To enable attachments, you'll need to "use the advanced editor" option, found at the top right hand of the reply text box.
We look forward to hearing back from you.
Best regards,
Carlos A.

Hello Chaeril,
Thank you for this information.
To start off, we can recommend performing a clean installation of your wireless drivers. In some cases, a simple driver update may not help, as it will carry on whatever the original issue was.
We always recommend using the latest drivers provided by your computer manufacturer. As an alternative, you may try our latest generic version, although it doesn't account for the customizations implemented by your OEM.
NOTE: Any links provided for third party tools or sites are offered for your convenience and should not be viewed as an endorsement by Intel® of the content, products, or services offered there. We do not offer support for any third party tool mentioned here.
1. Download and save our the latest drivers for your wireless adapter.
1. Downloads for https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/GE72-2QE-Apache# down-driver&Win10%2064 MSI GE72 2QE APACHE* (under Wireless LAN, OEM driver version 18.11.0.8).
2. Or https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27203/Wireless-Intel-PROSet-Wireless-Software-and-Drivers-for-Windows-10?v=t Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers for Windows® 10 (Includes Intel® Generic driver 18.33.9.3 for your adapter).
2. Under Programs and Features in the Control Panel, uninstall any instance of the "Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software." When prompted, choose to "discard settings."
3. Go to the Device Manager > Network Adapters > Right click on your Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160 and uninstall it. Make sure to select the option to "Delete the driver software for this device."
4. Clear out your temporary files: Press the Windows* Key + R to open the run box. Type Cleanmgr.exe and press OK. Here you will need to make sure Temporary Files are checked, you may uncheck everything else, then press OK.
5. Reboot your computer.
6. Install the driver package that was downloaded back in step one.
Please let us know if this helps.
Best regards,
Carlos A.
