the max of onchip memory

hello 

 

I want to ask how many the content of onchip memory can reach, if I use the stratix ep1s25 to run nios .The ep1s25 have M memory bolck.

This information is in the Stratix family data handbook (www.altera.com --> devices --> statix --> literature web page). In the architecture or memory chapter there are tables that describe how many M-RAMs, M4K, etc. are in each Stratix device type. 1 M-RAM = 64 Kbytes, 1 M4K = 512 bytes. Additionally I believe the Quartus compilation report resource summary will tell you how many memory blocks are available, as well as how many are used in your current design.
