Fail to run source ./setvars.sh

Hey,

I installed Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit 2023.1 2023 1.0 package on my computer.

Distorbution:

PRETTY_NAME="Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS"
NAME="Ubuntu"
VERSION_ID="22.04"

Running "source setvars.sh" return:

Those are the files in the installation folder (I directed the installation to another folder using --install-dir):

What is the solution to make it run?
