Install Intel Compilers on RHEL 8/9

How do you install Intel Compilers on RHEL 8 or 9 when the installation requires QT6.  RHEL 8/9 only support QT5.  Is there another installation package that supports QT5 because install QT6 on RHEL begins a domino effect.
