oneMKL in commercial products - license

Hello Intel! I am looking for assistance with confirming the license for most recent oneMKL product from oneAPI Base Toolkit. Per request from legal team I'd like to make sure and confirm that we are correct in assesment that oneMKL is licensed under Intel Simplified Software License (ISSL), therefore the license text available on this website https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/license/end-user-license-agreement.html

is the correct one to reproduce in our documentation.

Our understanding is that oneMKL may be included in our analysis-related commercial software without any additional fee or license needed as long as the ISSL listed conditions are met, are we correct?
