auto-assign base address not working

Hi,

I have encountered a small, but frustrating problem with the "auto-assign base address" function. It seems to have stopped doing what it is suppose to do. For example, two PIOs which should be separated by 0x40 are only separated by 0x10 by the auto-assign button. It wouldn't be a big deal except that I have about 36 PIOs. It's not just PIOs though, even the Timer and jtag_uart are crossing over each other.

Also, I just noticed that it no longer detects if there is crossover in the base addresses. SOPC Builder only detects it when I go to generate.

Has anyone come across this? I'm going to assign them all manually, but it would be nice to know if there was a quicker fix.

thanks.
