HI
I am beginner using Altera. I am trying to launch The hello world into DE2 (Cyclone II) after loading The blaster driver and choosing the proper file *.sof I have been unable to read this two words(Hello world) into the display: I get a message : Pausing target processor:not responding Resetting and trying again : Failed Leaving target processor paused The 7 segment display shows only some segment ON and the blue leds are On the green ones are OFF on the board. Does anyone know whats going on? I would appreciate any help. Regards FRRLink Copied

Can i use Quartus 7.2 and Nios 7.2 Web edition with Open Core plus evaluation (no license) ?
