Error de Controlador Audio para windows 11

No me reconoce dispositivos de audio mi PC.
Quise instalar en mi notebook el Controlador de sonido de alta definición Realtek * para Windows® 11 pero el disponible en el sitio de descargas me indica error.

El error indica: Fallo de instalación del controlador de audio Realtek HD [Error code: -0001]
Ningún controlador se soportaba en este paquete de controlador.

Realtek audio driver 6.0.9360.1

Mi PC es LENOVO 520S-14IKB (Type 81BL) Laptop (ideapad) - Type 81BL

Y en el sitio de Lenovo solo está el que es para windows 10: 

Realtek Audio Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit) - Notebook

You are installing a driver package intended for one of the Intel NUC products, not your laptop. You should be using the proper version of the driver that is provided by Lenovo (it's *their* laptop design, after all). Hola, gracias por la ayuda pero sigo con el inconveniente.
Al descargar el controlador desde el sitio de Lenovo me muestra los siguientes errrores.
