Advisor | Refinement Report: why cache line utilization column is empty?

I need to investigation memory access pattern of two loops in my application and I don't seem to get Cache Line Utilization column populated under Refinement report

Also, Please let me know how one should choose Cache Simulation parameters as highlighted below.
