I updated to 9.1 Update2, which required a reboot. Now I am unable to open project files. Vtune produces the message "Opening existing project files is not supported when the product is enabled using an evaluation license."
I could find no mechanism for updating my license information in the UI, and was unable to find any knowledgebase articles explaining how to do so. How do I instruct VTune to communicate with my license server?

Reinstalling resolved the problem. I believe an error during the registration portion of installation caused this behavior. VTune should expose this registration UI.

FYI: the install has an automatic and manual mode. If you want to do it manually (i.e., the exposed UI), you can go to the registration center, register your serial number, and the license file will be emailed to you. You then supply the license file during the install.
Automatic mode usually works and is easier. I'm sorry for the invconvenience.
