The chip we are using is 10CL080YU484I7G, and we found a FIT value of 8.4 from the official website. We would like to know whether the manufacturer provides a calculation sheet similar to Infineon's, where the FIT value can be reduced to a lower level through coverage by safety mechanisms. Or is this 8.4 FIT value an upper limit that does not become higher or lower with software changes?
