Configuring PDB files

I am using an evaluation version of VTunes and I am trying to figure out how to configure the tool to point at the right symbol files. There seems to be a default set of ISM files (not sure what they are) that the tool points to, and it does prompt you during analysis of a sample run for symbol references, but I want to know if there is a way to simply point to a single directory.

Any help would be greatly appreicated.

Yes, there is. See the Options dialog, under Directories tab. Specify File type of Symbols, and then add one or more directories. Notice that you can specify a recursive search via the check box in the lower right. Select the directory, after adding it, and then you can check the box.
