Configuring in Intel Core 2 Quad Core

Hi Iam using Intel Vtune 9.0 Performance analyser ,and it supports QUAD core Machine , My question is When Iam using Vtune 9.0 for Quad Core Machine and When Iam trying to configure ratios for quad core ,there is no quad core machine being populated in the dialog box it,s only showing

Intel COre 2 Duo Processor

Intel Itanium Processor ............. etc

Can any body help me out with this problem ,I really appreciate your help

the events ratio are defined percpu architecture type. For core 2 duo or quad core 2 duo the same set of events is out there. so in your case just go with the Intel Core 2 Duo Pocessor.
