Converting results from .rsf to .tb5

Hello to everyone,
I am running Data Collector on a Pocket PCbut the results I obtain
are given in a .rsf file format, which cannot be opened with anything I know.
I believe they must be converted to .tb5 with a utility file called tb5.bat, but
that can't be found anywhere...
Is anyone aware of how to do this? I would really be grateful if someone gave me a hint..

Actually, you need to use a file called BuildTbxXsc.exe that gets installed on your Windows* system when you install the XScale technology remote agent. Look for it in the /RDC for XSC2/Host, or something similar.
