Dear VTune Support Team,

I am running vtune_profiler_2020.0.0.605129 and having the following issue:

vtune: Error: Binary file of the analysis target does not contain symbols required for profiling. See the 'Analyzing Statically Linked Binaries' help topic for more details.
vtune: Error: [2020.10.16 08:34:44] /usr/sbin/ldconfig _init() instrumentation failed. Profiling data may be missing.

Would you please suggest a solution. Job is still running.

Other details: running

MadGraph5_aMC@NLO (https://launchpad.net/mg5amcnlo) on linux.

Python 2.7.5 
[GCC 4.8.5 20150623 (Red Hat 4.8.5-39)] on linux2

Could you please let us know which analysis you are trying?

Also try setting -strategy ldconfig:notrace:notrace (https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/documentation/vtune-help/top/command-line-interface/command-line-interface-reference/strategy.html )
