Facing issue when we attach to a process for Hotspot analysis

Hi Team

 

I'm running version 2023.1.0 of VTune.

 

Getting below error while running Hotspot analysis for a process running on Target machine

 

Analysis Configuration

ERROR LOG IN TEXT FORMAT:

Collection failed

Jun 13 2023 11:21:44 Collection failed. The data cannot be displayed.

Attached Process is running a C Application.

 

Please find the Target Machine details :

CPU : Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6314U CPU @ 2.30GHz

OS : Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye) (Debian 11.3)

Kernel Version: Linux debiank8s-v2.11.3 5.10.0-21-rt-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_RT Debian 5.10.162-1 (2023-01-21) x86_64 GNU/Linux

Thanks for posting in Intel Communities.

 

We performed the user-mode sampling and the below screenshot provides the details of the environment.

Please find below the outlined steps we followed to replicate the issue.

1.    The configure analysis details given are shown in the screenshot below:

To reproduce the issue from our side, please provide us with the following details:

1) The sample reproducer.

2) Please confirm whether you are facing the issue only with this particular sample.
