How to Test Web Application in VTune

W e need to test the web application developed by DotNet 2.0, SQL Server 2000. We have an issue while working on VTune Performance Analyzer as follows

1.We dont have final deployment format as .exe or com (because its web application)

2.How to run the web application in VTune Performance Analyzer?

3. What are all the inputs (deployment format) need to give for run the data collection in VTune?

It could be appreciate which we will receive the great response from your side ASAP
