Initialize failed in Data Collector for Pocket PC 2003

When I try to launch VTuneTDC on device Data Collector shows message Initialize Failed Retry/Cancel...

Device is DELL Axim X3 with processor Intel XScale PXA263

What's is wrong?

I have research the problem and found what pmudll.dll is missing on my device. But I can't find this dll anywhere, except link to Intel Premier support site.

We dowload evaluation copy of the software and trying to make decision - buy it or not. I can't make the decision without get profiling results on PocketPC, since this is our main objective.Premier support is unavailable for evaluation copy.. vicious circle..

Please, help me.

You can find pmudll.exe in DELL Axim X3 accompanied CD, and extractit and copy pmudll.dll to Windows onPockect PC.

If you can'tfind it, please try attached.
