Intel License Manager for FlexLM under CentOS 5.2

Could you please indicate whether FlexLM server will run normally under CentOS 5.2 x64? Does CentOS really differ from RHEL from this perspective?

Although CentOS isn't specifically tested, all reports I've heard are that it does work the same with Intel software tools as corresponding RHEL. I suppose, if the standard free trial isn't sufficient, you could use it to open a request on premier.intel.com for extended evaluation.
