Intel OneAPI 2021 - Advisor-GUI Crashes with Segmentation Fault Core Dump

I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I am facing with the Intel OneAPI 2021 installation. Specifically, whenever I attempt to run the Advisor-GUI, it crashes and generates a segmentation fault core dump.

Please can you try using the latest version of oneAPI Base Toolkit or Intel Advisor?

Below is the link for downloading Intel Advisor 2023.1 standalone:

You can use any one of them as per your requirement.


Please let us know if the issue persist in the latest version of Intel Advisor.

Dear 

I have already installed the latest version in standalone mode and the problem is still persists. I have installed on intel xeon phi KNL 6250

The processor(intel xeon phi KNL 6250) which you are currently using is not supported by Intel Advisor.


You can check the system requirements in the Release Notes of Intel Advisor for the supported processors:https://www.intel.com/content/dam/develop/external/us/en/documents/intel-advisor-2023-1-release-notes.pdf


You can try installing Intel Advisor on a supported processor.
