Intel OneAPI VTune Windows installer does not appear on screen when there are 2 monitors

I recently downloaded the Intel VTune installer for Windows (online installer). When I tried to start the installer, I can see the installer window on the taskbar but I cannot see it on the screen. Later I realized this related to the fact that I have 2 monitors connected to my computer. I then powered off one of the monitors, and the installer worked fine. I suspect there is a bug in screen coordinates calculation.

I'm unable to replicate the issue with dual-monitors. If possible, please reboot your system and try again. Additionally, kindly provide your system specifications.

It looks it is a multi-screen support issue, did you install other oneAPI components besides VTune Profiler and there is the same issue observed?
