Intel(R) VTune(TM) Amplifier's Application Performance Snapshot 2018 Gold standalone package was posted on APS landing page: https://software.intel.com/sites/products/snapshots/application-snapshot/ and available for free download (Linux package is a bit more than 100Mb). The same bits are also available as a part of Intel(R) VTune(TM) Amplifier XE 2018 Gold.
In this package we added support for Intel® Xeon® Processor Scalable family and improved stability.
Let me also remind that we changed APS tool launcher from a script "aps.sh" to an executable binary "aps" that allowed us to significantly reduce startup overhead on Intel(R) Xeon Phi(TM) processors.
