Intel Vtune crashing with an assertion

Vtune crashes when I try to attach to a game in a guest VM with the following assertion. 

 

vtune: Error: Assertion failed: user_callback_impl:68: (dllHandle != ((void*)0)) :

 

What does this assertion mean? Thanks!

Which analysis type are you running? Can you provide more information on the VM? Is it a Windows VM on a Windows host?
