In the VTune documentation https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/release-notes/vtune-profiler-release-notes.html for the latest version, a Known Issue with CrowdStrike is documented.
The suggested workarounds are prohibited by our Corporate CyberSecurity. They claim this is issue a defect of Intel Vtune, not a defect of CrowdStrike, and will only accept a temporary arrangement if there is a compromise from Intel to solve the issue.
My question is: is this Known Issue expected to be resolved in a future release of Intel VTune?
If yes, would you have an estimated date for the fix?
I would really appreciate any insight on the resolution of this issue, as right now I really need to use the invaluable tool that VTune is, but I'm facing an insurmountable stopper with this Known Issue.
