Linux ssh session: Cannot find product on the target.

Hi @all,

I have Amplifier XE 2013 installed at Ubuntu and on a remote host the CLI package. After I have set up the target and try to create a new analysis, I get the error: "Cannot find product on the target."
I guess something is wrong with the installation at the remote machine (Sandy Bridge). At another remote machine (Ivy Bridge) all works smoothly. What do I need to check to ensure a correct installation?

Are you using the latest release, Update 16, of VTune Amplifier XE 2013?  If so, please see this article.

Hi,

thanks for the reply. Eventually I've figured it out by my own. For an unknown reason Amplifier was installed in my home instead of /opt/intel/. I had to change it via Custom Installation. Now it works.
