When I executed VTune Memory Access profiling, an OS reboot always happens.
No BSOD information is showed (just looks like the power is shutdown forcibly), and no kernel dumps generated.
There is some CPU load on both CPUs before the reboot happens (reboot happens on the following timing).
There is an Event 41 in the Windows event log.
Below is the HW information.
It seems that if HW event collection is enabled, the profiling will cause a reboot, as reboot will not happen if I run the Hotspots profiling with user-mode sampling, but happens if running with the Hardware Event-Based Sampling.
BTW, the OS is still in the evaluation (waiting for a license).
OS
Windows Server 2022 Standard Evaluation
21H2
Build 20348.587
CPU
Intel(R) Xeon(R) 6760P x2
Memory
1.0 TB
Appreciate it if any advice on how to solving this issue, or what more information should I collect.
Should I contact the server vendor for this?

Problem disappeared after a official Windows license is applied.
