Hello, I have an i7 14700kf, and I had a 240mm water cooler, but I had to replace it because I was having problems with thermal throttling. Now I've upgraded to a 360mm one, but I'm having a problem where when I turn on the computer with the BIOS at factory settings, it won't boot into Windows. When I make some boot changes, I can turn on the PC. When I open a game (BF 2042), the computer freezes and restarts. When this happens, CPU usage goes up to 75% and it restarts. I need help, please.
