Performance Analysis for 300 Users :)

Hi,

Currently we are working on a web based application for which is there any option in VTune to simulate 300 users and measure the performanceunder suchload?

Currently we are able to measure the performance of Single User.

Kindly provide me the info and do the needful.

Generating a workload is not within the scope of the VTune analyzer. Part of any performance tuning effort is to have workloads that are representative of how the application will be used. If you are building a web-based application, you probably need to look at something like LoadRunner* to simulate 300 users. Once you have the workload configured, you can use the VTune analyzer to measure performance and locate the hotspots or hot functions.
